Towers Restoration & Cleaning was founded in 1994 by Jimmy Threadgill in Midlothian, Texas. What started as a commitment to doing the job right, every time, for every customer, has grown into one of Ellis County's most recognized and trusted cleaning and restoration companies. More than 30 years later, that original commitment has not changed.
Jimmy built Towers on a belief that most service companies get wrong: customers deserve to know exactly what is happening in their home, exactly what it will cost, and exactly what results to realistically expect. No vague pricing. No high-pressure tactics. No promises that cannot be kept. That philosophy became the foundation of everything Towers does, and it is the reason the company has served many of the same families, churches, and communities in Ellis County for decades.
Today, Towers continues to serve Midlothian, Waxahachie, Red Oak, and the surrounding communities with the same hands-on, education-first approach that Jimmy started with. The faces may have grown, the equipment has improved, and the service area has expanded, but the standard has stayed exactly the same.

Jimmy Threadgill started Towers Restoration & Cleaning in 1994 with a straightforward goal: provide dependable, honest cleaning and restoration services to the families of Ellis County. His approach was never about volume or quick transactions. It was about understanding what each home actually needed, explaining it clearly, and delivering on the work.
